Frazer has an IT Application Specialist Apprenticeship (NVQ Level 2). Subsequently he became IT Support Technician at Hadleigh High School in Suffolk. After his apprenticeship, he found he wanted to focus on further IT support and networking related technical roles.
Following on from his IT Support role, he became an IT & Network Support Technician at Ormiston Academy in Sudbury. He quickly learnt that he had an aptitude for IT maintenance and wireless & networking technology; this led him to find a role within Multithread, which better suited his ambition to expand his knowledge further.
